The Route
The Important Stuff
Registration
Registration will take place on the day and will be open to participants from 8:30am and will close at 9:50am Please make sure you arrive early and head to the registration tent. Here you will be able to pick up your race bag, which will include your race number.
Your number must be worn on your front and clearly visible the enitre time during the event. This ensures staff and medical personel can easily identify you if required.
Race Briefing
A race briefing will be emailed out to all participants at least 1 week prior to the event. Please ensure that this is read and understood.

Water
Please make sure to bring plenty of water with you for the event.
There will be water available at finish line for participants.
There will be 1 water aid station in the 5km race (2.5km)
There will be 2 water aid stations in the 10km race (2.5km and 7.5km)
Toilets / Changing Factilities
Toilets will be available in the clubhouse
There will be no changing facilities available
Baggage
There will be no baggage storage. Particiapants should leave any belongings in their own vehicles or make other arrangements
Littering
Littering will not be tolerated on the route. We strive to follow the “leave no trace” mantra, this means all litter should be kept on your person and put in one of the dedicated bins found throughout the event. All marshalls with have a bin bag on them.
Any participant caught littering will have their race number recorded and will be disqualified from the event.
headphones
Standard over-ear headphones / in-ear earphones are not permitted as they can be dangerous to you, other runners, event staff, and members of the public.
Bone-conduction headphones are allowed, as they keep your ears open and ensure you can hear marshals, safety instructions, and what is happening around you at all times.
Any runner wearing non-permitted headphones may be asked to remove them during the event.
dogs
As much as we love dogs, for safety reasons, they are not permitted to run in the event with you, no matter how well behaved.
Well behaved dogs are welcome to spectate, but we ask that they remain on a lead under close control at all times to ensure they do not interfere with runners or cause accidental harm to other spectators.
Race results will be available live, so you can get your results quickly! A printout of your times can be picked up from Perfect Timing van on site too
Full results will be emailed out the following day

Prizes will be awarded to the first 3 overall finishers in the male and female category
Prize Giving will be held after the race as soon as is practical

Not running? We would love to have you on board to help by volunteering at the event! We need route marshals, water aid station helpers, and many more positions on the day!
All volunteers get a free lunch included on the day after the race has concluded.
Volunteers will need to be at the starting location for 8am on the day for a briefing ahead of participants starting to arrive.
